Hand in Hand USA along with its sister organization Hand in Hand Europe sponsors various schemes and projects aimed at upligftment of the poorer section of the society through better eductaion, better health and better overall living conditions. In addition HIH USA provides relief through monetary support and through other donations at times of emergencies and severe natural calamities like the Hurricane Katrina in USA, the Tsuami in South Asia, the Super Cyclone in Orissa, India and the earthqhauke in Haiti.
